Jeden Dienstag Yoga-Kurs kostenlos oder gegen freiwillige Spende. Unser Yoga-Lehrer Manu ist Anfänger und übt sich an uns, aber er ist ein Naturtalent und macht das echt gut, auch schön ausgeglichen zwischen Körper und Geist. Anschließend gibt es meist noch ein gemeinsames Essen mit Bio-Gemüse.

Falls das Foto doch noch geladen wird: so muss man es nicht können, jeder macht, was er kann.
